7th & 8th May - Priority Viewing for Ex-Flamingo Owners
It is confirmed that on the 7 & 8 May, Frasers Centrepoint will be inviting ex-flamingo valley owners and VIPs to the showroom. Developer's Permit is not confirmed, so no sale is allowed. Do not be alarmed when you see huge crowds on these two days.
13th May - Sales to Ex-Owners/Directors/Staff
14th May - Preview Booking (for Buyers who submitted cheques to me)
Please do not wait till the showroom preview on 14th to 15th May to decide and make your purchases. Once the developers see the huge crowds coming, the prices will increase. You will no longer be able to slowly choose your choice units as you have to act fast. Please trust me on this and make your booking earlier.
