Typical Sequence of Project Preview Launch

Below is a typical scenerio for a Condo Preview Launch, and it explains why I am encouraging prospective buyers for Flamingo Valley to submit cheques early to me.

Preview Launch Scenerio

1) Normally from 9am to 12noon:

Bookings by Developers VIPs (Directors, Business Associates & Shareholders etc)

2) Normally From 2pm till ???
Bookings by buyers whom have submitted cheques and booking forms
Do take note that buyers are not obligated to purchase if price and/or furnishing not right.
Cheque submission gives priority to clients to go into showflat before the public.

I strongly suggest that prospective Flamingo Valley buyers be in this group.

Reasons being:
(1) More choice units for selection;
(2) Preview pricing will be more attractive than after the showroom is open to public and
(3) There is no obligation to proceed to buy.

3) Thereafter:
After (2) above, the public will be allowed into the showflat to make purchase.
This will take place when Clients in (2) above have all gone into showflat.

When in showflat, it will be on 1st come 1st serve basis for released units. Things can get a little chaotic.
