Proud Owners of the Best Stack in Flamingo Valley!



I'm very happy that one of my clients secured the best stack, and possibly the best unit in Flamingo Valley. To protect their privacy, I will not discuss too much about that particular unit. But the block that I'm talking about is the elusive block 470, North Facing, at the top deck. (this Block was not released for Preview Booking)

The developers released only 2 units out of 30 units available at block 470, upon being notified, I immediately confirmed the prices with the buyer and submitted their cheque. (This was possible only because the cheque was submitted at Preview) After they confirmed one of the released units, the other one was put on hold again and no other agents could secure it. When the buyers had initially mentioned about leaving it to fate on this one, I was somehow skeptical. But after what happened yesterday, I really sense that the whole deal was indeed divine intervention and providence for my buyers by Someone up there.

And of course, I was very touched when they wanted to take a group photo with me as it was this is their first home purchase ;o)

Car Park at the Site Area
1. Car parking is provided at the right side of the site.

Avoid Agents at the carpark
2. Avoid any of those agents who try to pitch a sales to you at the carpark. Let them know that you are my invited Guest.

Proceed to the Showroom
3. Please proceed directly into the showroom, where you will be assisted at the Reception Counter(right side). There, your invitation will be confirmed through a guest list I have submitted. I will be informed and I will come over to meet you.

13th May (Thursday) Afternoon - Booking for my valued buyers who submitted cheques (to me) will start from afternoon

14th May (Friday) VIP Viewing for all my invited guest


- Please be on standby from thursday afternoon, I will call you to inform you the final prices and availability of units.
- Once you agree to the price and unit, I will submit your cheque, and option to purchase will be prepared.
- You will be allowed to view the showroom on this day.
- Those units not available, you can view the showmodel and quickly decide on new choices (you are advised to think about it beforehand)
